as for my father

you met my brother.
during that weird weekend.
he died saving dimitri's life when we were 13.
my old man acted like it was some glorious death we should have been proud of.
obviously I was glad dimitri survived but
nobody MOURNED glenn.
they celebrated his dutiful death, not his life.
it made me sick
and my father never understood that.
his whole life revolved around chivalry and honor and duty
he was so blinded by it that he didn't see PEOPLE.
we didn't get along.

but he showed up that weekend too.

I guess I'm less angry than I was.
before glenn died things were
not so bad.

took us on trips

I suppose for a single father he spent more time with us than some would have.
even if his priorities were twisted after we lost glenn and he cared more about duty to a dead king than about his family.
