| 🌙 SEXUALITY & PREFERENCES: Felix is bi, with a preference leaning toward men. He's uninterested in intimacy with people too much older than he is physically; long-lived or immortal characters who look younger are another story. He tends to be into people who could throw him across a room, but not exclusively. 🌙 PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Generally, Felix is very uncomfortable with physical affection unless he's very close to someone, and even then his tolerance for it fluctuates with his mood. If someone he's not that close to tries their luck without express permission, they're likely to get a tongue-lashing at the very least. 🌙 HUGGING: See above. Even with people he's close with, though, he's not much of a hugger and usually just tolerates them hugging him except in particularly dire circumstances or if he's drunk or something. 🌙 KISSING: More acceptable than hugs depending on circumstances, but again only with people he's close to and explicitly has that kind of relationship with. 🌙 FLIRTING: Felix doesn't respond well to what most people would call flirting, and he doesn't flirt the way most people would recognize it. What he does consider acceptable flirting (or even foreplay) is fighting; if you're skilled and he enjoys sparring with you, you can get away with a lot more. 🌙 RELATIONSHIPS: Felix has never been in a serious romantic or sexual relationship before and, as of the beginning of the game, is a virgin. He's not exactly eager to change this situation, at least consciously. Lots of build-up required and walls to break through - he's a prickly pear who's very hesitant to forge new relationships of any kind, let alone of a romantic nature, and he likes to think he views romance and passion as "distractions." The truth is, of course, more complicated. That said, it'll be easier to get him to engage in physical intimacy than emotional, once that bridge has been crossed the first time. 🌙 PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Felix loves battle and will spar at the drop of a hat if he thinks you're a worthy, skilled opponent. He threatens violence much more often than he actually initiates it, but he's very ready to defend himself or others and considers himself a warrior first and foremost. So yes, feel free! 🌙 DEATH: Depends highly on circumstances; talk to me first. 🌙 OFF LIMITS: Felix has a messy and tragic past that includes a lot of death and loss and violence, so he's definitely got some trauma-related mental health stuff (including abandonment issues/fear of losing people) and is prone to lashing out verbally. Suicide and suicidal ideation are a trigger for him. He loathes the ideas of knighthood and chivalry, honor, self-sacrifice, that sort of thing, and will get angry if they're brought up. He also hates the idea of blindly following orders or someone else's wishes/beliefs and will get irrationally judgmental about it. Other than that he's usually fine, unless something hits close to home with his specific losses over the years, but that's unlikely unless you're a castmate. | ||||

| 🌖 FIRST IMPRESSIONS | ||||
| 🌙 VISUAL: Height: 5'8. Build: slim but wiry and athletic; think ballet dancer + fencer. Hair: dark blue. Eyes: amber. Body language: generally closed-off unless he's really angry or upset, then he gets aggressive. He's 23 and looks it. 🌙 FASHION: For someone who hates social niceties, performativity, and the trappings of nobility, he's actually weirdly conscious of his aesthetic. He likes to say it's just for practical reasons that he likes thigh-high boots and midriff jackets and figure-hugging clothes, but come on, sir. In more casual circumstances and more modern settings, he likes hoodies and other things with hoods, leggings and skinny jeans, vests, slim-fit anything, and few to no accessories unless they're practical (like his swordbelt). You won't catch him spending time on his hair on a daily basis, but he does know <i>how</i> to take care of it and get fancy with it if for some reason he feels he has to. Otherwise he just wants it up and out of his face where an enemy can't grab it easily. 🌙 DEMEANOR: Felix is largely aloof, curt, and allergic to being social (a castmate in canon calls him "unsociable"), and hates small talk or interacting just because he's expected to. He's usually pretty cool toward others but quick-tempered and snappish if he's annoyed. He does have an interest in other people when they share something in common, though. He warms up to people slowly, and to an outsider it might not seem like his demeanor changes much with people he's close to, but a lot of his shell turns into bluster and grudging respect or affection, and people who know him well can easily tell the difference. 🌙 SOUND: Aggressive/angry Exasperated Intrigued Embarrassed/Flustered Getting emotional Sylvain! Wry humor Introspective An idiot in love 🌙 SCENT: Felix does not use scented anything, he thinks that's all ridiculous. If he smells like anything in particular, it's sword oil and leather. 🌙 MENTAL ABILITIES/DEFENSES: Felix has zero defenses against any kind of mental or psychic magic, so go ham. XD 🌙 MAGICAL ABILITIES/DEFENSES: Felix knows the basics of spellcasting and is capable of lightning-based attack magic, but that's it. I tend to hc that people with any magical talent have a basic ability to sense when magic is happening around them, but depending on the type of magic and the world it comes from, that's easily handwaved as not working in any given scenario. 🌙 PHYSICAL ABILITIES/DEFENSES: Felix considers himself a "warrior at heart." He literally learned to wield a sword before he learned to read or write, which is common among Faerghan nobles, and he trains diligently (some might say obsessively) to become better than anyone else. His sword skills are top notch and he's also good at hand-to-hand brawling and archery. As a combatant, he's quick, agile, and precise. Since my Felix was the dancer (in-game class) of the Lions, I always hc him as having actually studied dance seriously - originally because the focus on balance and flexibility and footwork would help his swordsmanship, but then it turned out he liked it for its own sake, too. And by extension, he's an excellent ice skater and can figure skate as well, given that he grew up in the coldest place in Fodlan. | ||||
